2) No complaints of games that you are participating

3) No quitting halfway once you sign up as a participant

Looking back, 2 crazy years have definitely flew by, so fast even before i have time to say 'yeah balls'! haha. Crazy in the sense that the amount of work i've done! Never before have i been so hardworking in my life. Staying in school till 8+ and the many consultations plus whacking of the tys(err, not reali la.). Anw, its a case of bittersweet memories....

Knowing that my results will not be good enough to make it to any local U has reali dampen my mood esp aft putting in so much effort yet yields so lil result knowing it all goes down the drain. Efficiency=0.5%.

Despite this, i dun think i will see it as 2 yrs wasted as many others wud hav! The friends, the experience over the course of A'lvs and most importantly the realisation of an ambition! (wink huilin! $20 dollar fee) haha. Anw, touchwood la, if anyone ends up like me i guess its better to look on the bright side thou its almos impossible( its like saying shit smells good!) Take a step out of the situation you are in and u'll see wad i mean. Its not as bad as it seems

Alrite, onto some lighter issues before this post gets reali emo..haha. Firstly, a BIG thank you to all those who got me that birthday present (soccer boots...rmb?). Its easliy the best present from a class as compared to toilet pump i received yrs ago... Not forgetting the skinny tie and the shoe bag! As well as to my PW members wif a well... 'great' leader in peiwen and yinwei and yenny that allows me to get B. There are of course oth notable names that hav made this 2yrs reali special but it will be in the next post( 2yrs from now? haha)

Next, WOOHOOOO! The A's are jus ending and my shoulders are feeling lighter and Im starting to smile in bed every morning again!! The spirit is jus SUPER HIGH these days!! Anw, i have alr compiled a mountain of 'to-do list aft A's' and i cant wait to get into it the minute after physics! From then on, its TV w/o worries, playing soccer w/o nucleophilic addition in my head, MSN-ing w/o thinking about MacroGoals and lastly, going to MAC w/o my NOTES!!! haha. One thing for sure, my head will not be w/o the pictures of you guys! 10GB of ram to be utilised after i reformat the mem card aft a's...

Anw, i rarely writes in and i think this is easily the longest post i ever written. Dun think this blog will close down even after this yr rite? duno y so many of you say like going to close down lidat. Hope this can become one of the many channels we keep in touch and rest assured i will write in more frequently! I must admit this isnt one of the best class in my 12rs of education BUT, its definitely one for the memories...

hies, im posting the final class video. actually i intend to give a CD to everyone of you, but i didnt due to time constraint and all other 101 reasons .. well, i did this many months back, on the day of NDP celebrations. while everyone was outside, i spent the whole day doing this. a few weeks before graduation, i realized it's not what i wanted.. so i went on to do another one .. but that one turns out to be an unfinished product; the program refuses to cooperate with me, keeps hanging on me..

i thought i deleted the video last time, and i was surprised when i found out today that i didnt. so i decided to post it as my final entry.. treat it as a performance for the closing ceremony that i promised stella a while back. but it's neither a rain/ribbon dance performed by me nor whatsoever you are having in your mind. it's just a simple video i wish to present to everyone one and half weeks before A'levels. im sure in our hearts, somewhere there is always a corner for 2S13.

everyone is different and unique. including me, 17 going on 18, yet i still burst into tears every now and then. i must be the most emotional and sensitive girl you have come across.. but anyway, i can't help it.. :X anws, that's not the point. my final entry for the class blog. all the best. study hard.

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.

As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angry, he raised his voice to his father and said "With all your money, you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.

When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. And as he did, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.

Well, seems like Aspire do take time..
but remb this 5 pencil lessons.

1) You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourselves to be held in someone's hand and allow other .. ( blahs blahs blahs- i forgot de full, shall fill in when they show in Aspire )

2) You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time by going through various problems but you need it to become a stronger person.

3) You will be able to correct mistake you might make or grow through them.

4) the most important part of you will always be what's inside.

5) On every surface you walk, you must leave your mark. no matter what the situation, you must continue to serve others in everything.

Maybe we should sit together as a class to talk this out, to prevent further conflicts. There's a few misunderstandings here and there, and then *poof* a war starts on the tag-board. Well, treasure your moments then. Seems like.. I shdn't be the one commenting eh.

After much gossips here and there, eventually, it juz depends on whether one believe or not. Trust or not. It's not like once a guy is liddat, he will be liddat for life. Doesn't de society encourage ppl to change for the better ?

If ppl keep being stereo minded and refuse to let ppl get alive, live up to their mistakes and give them a chance to repent, is one even doing him a favour ?

It does sounds chim, but it'll make some sense to ppl out there, who knew deep in their hearts what tis is.

Whether one know it or not, know that there's a limit to jokes, laughter.

Doesn't mean that i juz pretended not to see, means that i did not notice.

Different authors have different styles.

To all those who did very badly in the common test( me included), jia you! I know there are a lot of cutting remarks from the teachers that we have bad attitude and we can't be bothered with our studies, but don't give up! We all know we did our best. 失败是成功之母， so we shouldn't wallow in our failures but carry on with life=)
Retesting is pretty demoralising for many of us, but its all for our own good. Just take it as an extra practice for improvement.

P.S: Before reading the BLUE part, I'm NOT aiming at anyone in the class. Its just a general statement.

Off-topic: Was kinda thinking about the theme of love. Most people in class are attached, so I guess its pretty relevant for you guys. There have been quite a few break-ups within our cohort, and I was thinking about the reasons why. ''There's no more feeling.'' Are relationships based only on feeling? If it is, why waste your time on this guy/girl when you only judge your love by feeling?! Love should have trust, understanding and a lot of other values included. Then what is the purpose of you being with this person? Companionship? Popularity? Or you want to spend your entire life loving and caring for this person.

To Pa: Rejection hurts, doesn't it? No matter how many times you're rejected, don't give up on loving again. In a matter of time, someone who accepts you for who you are will enter your life. Just be patient. And treasure her when she comes.

To the attached people in class: Treasure your other half. Because after this year, its going to be a very difficult time, trust me. Build up your trust and care for each other. And a happy valentine's day to all^^

It's a freaking funny video , except that de fact is that i pity the poor key board.

Well, i was browsing through the class blog a few days ago and i felt that i've not made any entries yet. The majority was andy's! This is my first! So, here it goes...

As the looong dec hols wore on, many things happen and i shall tell u guys the more fun part, and it being me going to Japan with my aunts. It was 19th Dec 2006, 8pm when i settled comfortably on the plane heading to Nippon! via transit at Bangkok. The flight was alrite but one thing. The food was XP i tell you. Hours flew by and before i knew it, i was back in singapore..

Haha, jus joking, that was the forwarded part if u guys are already bored, u can stop rite there.

Yes, after 7hours of curling, twisting on the plane to find myself a comfy spot, i arrived. After all the admin stuff, i soon find myself waiting for an airport limousine. Sounds impreesive huh?? In actual fact, it was a bus! Yar..so spoiler.. Bus took 1 hour to reach Hotel Metropolitian. We checked in and went to have breakfast. It was 7am. We went to this lil shop and i had my udon. Damn expensive. $5 for a small bowl! I shall upload the pics the next time round. During my stay there, i found out several intereesting things. Firstly, all passengers are to switch their hps to silent mode when on buses and MRTs. This is to prevent disturbing the others! That wud be impossible in S'pore! Secondly, everyone, yes, EVERYONE kept to the left when using the escalator! That was quite shocking for me as i nv saw that in S'pore. My cousin was scolded for standing on the right lane!

Other places i visited included TokyoDisneyland! Well, not as justice said the other day in M.T lesson that Disneyland sold happiness, i dun find it quite true... In fact, i was quite dissapointed that they do not offer thrill rides. The thrillest was like Wet'N'Wild in escape..BUT, it reali sold happiness to the younger kids i guess. Sights of disney characters drew squeals to them. Brought me back to the age of 5! Other ridiculous things there wud be the popcorn they sell! They had caramel, choco, and guess wad, soda popcorn! and the list doesnt stops there...even CURRY popcorn!!! Wad a sight... One thing, the rides they offer had great visual effects..a nice place to visit on the whole if you're not looking for 360's coaster kinda thing.

Japan had long be known for the sushi and sashimi and of course, i ate them quite often. One of the unpleasant memories was the live prawn that i ate. It wasnt cooked! It left a sick taste in my mouth! And then there were the usual sushi. Unagi got to be my fave! With the sauce..heavenly...drooling huh??

Next up would be the busy streets of Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno and Harajuku. For the 4 days, i was busy shopping on those never-ending streets. They sold streetware, wierd clothes and stuffs that u wud never see in s'pore. For me i bought a hoody, a pair of pumas and a pair of jeans! The price was ^ but i jus din care. Ended up spending close to $300! My cousin was reali shocking everyone with purchases up to $1000!

Other highlights include the extremely extremely cold temperatures. It was 5Deg on the first day. When u speak, mist actuali comes put of ur mouth! Yea, another special Xperience u can nv experience here! On the third night it gets reali reali cold at -1 Deg!! Even 3 layered (excluding underwear) is not enuf to keep me warm! Time flew way way fast over there and the sky was already dark at 5pm! It was as if it was 8pm. I guess its true they say days were shorter during winter days.

Days flew like birds and before i know it, i was back in S'pore! Phew, i was sweating even in the airport! The sudden change in temperature was too much. I then check my calendar and realised it was CHRISTMAS EVE! Stayed over at cousin house doing nothing much but sat on a couch thinking of the recent trip to Japan.......Shall upload the peektures asap!

If u were wondering wad are these pictures here for ? Then u dun have to bother asking. BecoZ i'm telling u now, they'r here for advertisement. Yes yes yes, u are un related to them, but u are related to them in some where becoz u r friends of those who are related to us. Make sense rite ?

1st picture tells us, of de legendary pass that u'll get if u perform at de Esplanade. It's much BIGGEr than u actually tink it. ASk those who have performed there. It's really cool. VERY COOL.

2nd picture is actually a very familiar sight. Have u guys ever seen it before ? Well, that's where we spend 3 days of our time there. Making new friends, crapping, making music, eat lunchy, maybe dinner or even did our business. =X If u haven't had a sighlist idea, it's NIE.

3rd picture is Reharsal ! i took it from Mr Rahsul, our head chaperon, who had them posted on the JC band Fest blog. The " ang Moh" is none other than our conductor for 3 pieces, Dr Alan Lourens. He's a wonderful conductor and funny one, hahax, jokes around with us.

5th picture is none other than CAMERA Lights ACtion !! De concert is on de way ! Hahax, juZ kidding. It's a sound check picture, but it looks like de real thing eh ?

That was band festival. 21 Dec 06, a night of fun. I truely muz say, thankyou to all who turned up, either supporting who ever. It was abit last min regarding the buy on de spot, but those of you who took de time off to come n listen, hope you enjoyed the pieces that we practise hard during the 3 days. My mouth aches ><>

When a decision is made, dun regret it. Miss it n it'll be gone.. forever.

For time n tide waits no man, for.. u dun blame anyone for missing it.

Only urself will know it's proper or not.

Meanwhile, this concert also taught me alot of things. I sound like i writing reflection hor ? Eh, juz telling u all how's it mahs. Well, friendship's one, but also how we quickly work as a section, =D. It maybe juz 3 days, but everyone quickly helped each other, listen to each other. Crap together n laugh together. Hahax. that's y we miss it now =P. Maybe it might be different for wenx hor ? u miss someone instead.. winks* hahax.

Also, under the hand of a different conductor, different styles. "Will u agree wif the same fortissmo or not ? " from Dr Eugene, deputy head of visual and performing arts academic group. Different schools we come from, unite under one different conductor of whom we nv worked with.

Okz, bet u guys muz be bored with this entry rite ? Well, a trip to de musuem was ytd. Hahax, can someone post an entry on it ? =P. I left earlier as i had another appointment, which so fortunately i saw wenx's * ahem* N took a picture. Sowwey, my phone spoil, so i used my friend de. It's quite blur coz we zoomed. I know it sounds misleading for wen's *ahem* but it's a person.

yoyoyo! everyone agree tt the chalet was really a memorable one..i bet.. y not have another outing b4 the sch reopens?! well, christmas is round de corner! for this thanksgiving season, our entertainer suggest was tt we have an outing at 23th dec, this satuarday.. we will have movie tgt, watching the night at the museum.. after tt we will have dinner tgt.. dinner ma.. at default its a steamboat.. bt i sugge3t we go eat sushi!! hahax! sashimi..makimono..nigiri sushi..sukiyaki...temaki(handroll)..teppanyaki..tempura... awww.... oiishi nia!! bt i heard we cant eat sushi bcoz we are not japanese....anyw main purpose of meeting up is to exchange presents@! hahax! everyone is to prepare a gift, (approx. $10 to be fair)..those who turn up will get to draw lots to exchange the gift.. so guys, anyone interested plz inform the organizer, WEN HUI.. hahax!

Oh halo, halo halo everybody once again. It's me. AHOY MATIES.

AmiGOS, How are u all, tired ?
Basically, i hate to admit but if u' haven't touched anything for the holidays, u'r not alone. Not becoz maybe u'r lazy, or juz dun feel like, it's there's no time !

Be it work, volunteer or wadever, this holiday's more busy. LOLS, for some ppl , it's more of slacking. For some of us, it's a like a storm out there. Busy busy busy.

Well, not here to speak ill of anything. i thot de Emperor might have clarify. An idea was raised by the state maiden n knight, stating that the BBQ shd be on the 2nd night. After much discussion wif de Emperor, it will be on the 2nd night then, since 1st night ppl are coming late. So, we check in on the 13th at around 5+, BBQ on 14th, check out on 15 th morning. that's de plan ok?

Meanwhile, alot of you might be asking, how to go all that. Here's my proposal to all of you. Since i have band till 1, n is staying back to do the banner, i most probably will finish around 4+. However ,tina has tuiton from 2 - 4, so means she will check in probably around 5+. Ok, so, even if we set off at 5, it's not v. late. Therefore, since i'm near the school, i propose we meet up somewhere near de school n we take de direct bus to Pasir Ris. I have asked Princess Charis to lead us, but she kindly oblighted. >< Well, maybe she's too shy to take up de role of leading us. COUNCILLER, For US, for Everyone ! =D PlS lead us !
- She might be too blur that's why she dunno what talking me in msn.

Well, that's all for the chatlet adminstrative stuff. I'll repeat again what i have to say usually, regards to recruitment for SYF groups next year, Band, Guitar, Dance n Gu Zhen. Dun be afraid to approach any member of these groups for more details n dun worry to join us.

Lastly, JC band Festival. 13 bucks, 21 Dec, Esplanade or 16 bucks for circle seat. Joan, i m trying hard to get 4 seats together, but if situation calls, i hope u would not mind. Stella, pls tell me if elwin is coming or not. Do confirm early, if not i would not be able to get seats alight together. As each of us is entittled 3 tickets to sell, there might be others who wans more. So, i already said, first come first serve. >< sowwey to state it so straight forwarded.

I sure forgot to mention abt de BBQ date. It's on the first Night of chatlet, 13th Dec.
The chatlet dates are 13, 14 n 15.
I nidda get a rough list of who is staying n so on. So, for a start, here are the confirmed de.

Me - Tentively- Confirm staying 1st night, 2nd night c first ( next day got band)
Jia Qing - See how.

I dunno lahs about the rest but here's something more straight foreword n easier to say.
If u'r going, pls state what time u coming, whether later or wif de usual gang.
the time is 4+ for the meeting time.
For those who are going for de BBQ only, pls state wad time u'r coming as well. then will u come for de next few days or so on ?
Put at the taggy board pls ! SO that we know who is here n can account for each other.

if u tink it's too early to give a reply, it's ok. We'll ask around again.

De reason why i say theme is like dunno wadda say becoZ u'r going for a BBQ. hahax, if u dress nice nice, of course u'll not be doing the cooking. ( like who cleans de floor in a dress?) Well, of course wif theme such as summer wear all tat, it's likely but i tink we boys are going for a dip in de waters, then dry ourself while cooking. i usually do tat, for de past 2 bbqs in chatlet i've been doing that.

two things.

firstly, i'm confused.
is the bbq on the first night or the second?
i thought it's on the first?

secondly, stella and i had came up with an idea.
to make the chalet and bbq a more memorable one, why not we have a dress theme?!
it will be fun, won't it?
the theme can be anything but it has strictly one condition.
it must be non-mugger theme!
how do u peeps think abt this idea?

Well, again, find the appropriate people for the details.

Next up, I have prepared the Chatlet things and have scanned it into the computer. It's now in a form of a picture. So all u have to do is to right click, save and open the picture to read. Not forgetting to enlarge it. Aww well, here it is.

Next, SYF still . LoLs. For those of you nothing to do one, i say again, the following is recruiting people- Band, Guitar & Dance.
If u really really is in doubt, tink about it. I'm not here to preach u to join or wat, but tink. Besides juz the certificate, is it really juz worth nothing else but waste of time ? Other than tat, do you really tink that forking out a simple commitment juz for a certificate is not worth ?
Maybe not simple, but let me put it this way. De results of what you achieved, are you sure you got them covered ? Joining a SYF will ensure you a certificate. That's all mehs ?
WRONG. Totally wrong. What about the joy, laughter and times you shared during the period to prepare for it. Where are the hardships and problems to overcome, de fun going about doing it with all the members. Are these things even measureable or attainable yourself ?
You may say i'm childish, only day dream, but tink again. Somehow one day, dun wish again " i shd have...". The things obtained from SYF, are stuff valuble and you will treasure forever, i assure you. Be it good or bad, sometimes, do de results really matter ?
Think about it, not unless you'r really contented wif all de memories u'r having now.

Aww well, a long lecture, i know i know. Pls Dun sue me for writing long entries here. To more school stuff again. For a starter, it's back to extra lessons ! Simply, we'r juz 1 more day away to the last day of extra lessons, the J1 bash too ! For those of you who still wanna buy tickets, PLS do so before tml, becoz you'll be charged 4 bucks ( or maybe more ?) ok 4 +++ * Since Alex Lum says in every value there is a +++. Well, how time flies, november is closing, December is falling in & de new year approaches. People, dun forget to study. If need help, approach anyone. I mean anyone, not unless that person dun wan ( sorry i correct again - dunch* ) to help you. Hahax. Dun forget there's a Economics test too !

Next, with regards to the volunteering. Since we'r still on the issue of school, of course i muz say. Volunteers who sign up for the volunteering in Dec, pls remember to attend your briefing, either this Friday or this Saturday. Meanwhile, those of you who has been down for repacking of bear bear, it's 1.30 at Heartware network, at around Junction 8. If you dunno how to get there, pls ask CCC people or YCP people. You may form groups to go there yourself. It is till 5.30 or maybe earlier, depends on how many people and how fast we finish. So, remember saturday !!

Lastly, CHALET ! =D I m pleased on the behalf of class rep and de organising community for the chatlet, JQ, me gui tina to tell you all that Class Chatlet is on 13, 14 & 15. Band members, you have practise on 13th 9 - 1 and 15th 9 - 1. On the 13th, the check in time is 3.30 ( if i'm not wrong) so there is no reason you dun go band. Also, conductor is coming, so try not to skip december practises. + your band festival. On the 15th, i m going back if i can make it. I shall address this issue again. If there's anything, pls tell Chee Hao/Chloe/JueXuan/Liang Song or the teachers becoz of the house keeping rules. 16th is the last practise before the Band festival, pls be reminded that you have to submit the money for the tickets.

i must say, the tortise and miumiu were very excited abt the bread...
but i'm sure it's becos of the crispyness and the yummy taste of the bread..
NOT becos of its price tag...
hahaha..
as usual, tortise was very cheapskate, trying to steal this steal that..
basket for putting fruits, knives and forks, glass cup too!
however, he claims to be very rich, beocs his mum opens Lee Hwa Jewellery..
in conclusion, he shld treat us to the chalet. who agrees?

this is quite surprising, as i have heard that his jokes are rather cold..
